Em-EP Study details. a Primary mediastinal seminoma in a young adult presenting with acute respiratory distress and treated urgently with Em-EP within 24 h following admission. Chest radiograph and computed tomography identified a large anterior mediastinal mass measuring 20.7 cm × 13.3 cm, occupying nearly the entire thorax and compressing the great vessels and bronchi. b Study design.
