Knockdown of PTTG3P suppresses the cell migration, invasion and tumor growth in vivo. a, b Transwell assays were preformed to detect the migratory (a) and invasive (b) abilities of PTTG3P siRNA-transfected or siRNA-control-transfected HepG2 and Huh-7 cells. Migratory and invasive cells were counted and captured. The results were shown as mean ± SD from three independent experiments and one of the representative results was shown. Each experiment was performed in triplicate. c HCC cells infected with shRNA-PTTG3P or control were injected into nude mice, respectively.
