After knockdown of ERβ in HEC-1A cells, mRNA isolation and Affymetrix GeneChip transcriptome analysis, the resulting expression data was analyzed by Ingenuity IPA Software (Ingenuity Systems, Stanford, USA) providing a network connecting the indicated regulated genes with ERβ.
