  1. B cells from the splenocytes of three Balb/c mice per group were sorted by B220 microbeads, and stimulated for 3 days in vitro by 10 μg/ml LPS. SP 2/0 cells were thawed, passaged for 3 times and then cultured for 2 days in fresh medium. The transcripts in LPS-stimulated B cells and SP 2/0 cells were determined by RNA-sequencing. Total exon fragments and FPKM (FPKM = total exon fragments / mapped reads (millions) / exon length (KB), Fragments per Kilo bases per Million reads) values of selected genes encoding Pax5, Bach2, Bcl6, Irf4, Prdm1, Xbp1, and Gm40600 are shown
