Additional 12 pairs of SUL specimens and 19 pairs MUL specimens were used in qRT-PCR analysis to verify the expression of four lncRNAs. lnc-AL445665.1–4 and lnc-LHFPL3–5 were both significantly up-regulated in MUL.
