Adjuvanted E7 SLP promotes robust E7-specific cytotoxic responses in vivo. a Mice (n = 5) were immunized s.c. on days 0 and 21 with 20 μg E7 SLP +/− CpG +/− emulsion. Two populations of naïve syngeneic splenocytes were labeled with 1 and 10 μM CFSE and loaded with irrelevant EBV-gp350 peptide pool and E7 peptide pool, respectively. After 1:1 ratio mixing, splenocytes were injected i.v. into vaccinated mice on day 28. Splenocytes were harvested 4 h later and FACS analyzed for CFSE content. b Percentages of E7-specific killing for each vaccine condition was evaluated.
