Image-based proliferation and viability measurement of drug-treated cells in 2D and 3D samples. a Cell viability is measured by image-based quantification of cells positive for extracellular phosphatidyl serine (apopxin) or disrupted plasma membrane (EtHd) and proliferation is measured by image-based quantification of cells positive for EdU incorporation over a 24 h period. b.
