Generation of HuH7 (a) and HLE (b) human HCC cell lines stably expressing the PIK3CA E545K and H1047R mutants. Of note, stable transfection of the two PIK3CA mutants (+ E545K and + H1047R) resulted in a slight increase of SGK3 activation, but not AKT activation, in the two HCC cell lines. β-actin was used as loading control.
