Proteins interacted with Nm23-H1 detected by co-immunoprecipitation. Cells were collected at 0 h and 8 h after irradiation with 8 Gy X-rays. Nm23-H1 antibody and IgG (as control) was used for pull the entire protein complex out of solution and then the binding proteins was detected by Western blot. 1 A549-nNm23-H1; 2 A549-vector; 3 A549-nNm23-H1.
