Proportion of carriers of pathogenic variants and high probability of pathogenicity variants of uncertain significance (HiP-VUS) in unselected pancreatic cancer. Results based on a meta-analysis of the unselected pancreatic cancer cases from the Huntsman Cancer Hospital (HCH), the Mayo Clinic, and the pancreatic cancer cases from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). Carrier frequency point estimates and 95% confidence intervals for groups of genes are presented on a log-scale.
