Tumorigenesis was inhibited by GMDS knockdown in xenograft mice model of lung adenocarcinoma. a Representative tumor pictures from nude mice injected subcutaneously with lung adenocarcinoma cell line H1299 cells infected with either Scr-shRNA or GMDS-shRNA. Tumor volume was examined from the 10th day after H1299 cell injections for 5 times with a frequency of 2 times a week.
