Replication characteristics of rFMW/GFP. a THJ-16 T and THJ-29 T cells were infected with NDV/FMW (0.01 MOI) or rFMW/GFP (0.01 MOI) for 24, 48 and 72 h respectively. Virus yield was determined at different intervals. Each assay was repeated three times.
