G-Rh2 decreased VEGF-C and CD206 expression in vivo. a-d Female 5-week-old C57 mice (n = 14) were subcutaneously injected with murine lung cancer cells. Then, they were randomly divided into two groups i.e. vehicle control and G-Rh2 treated groups. After 21 days treatment, tumors were taken out for immunohistochemical staining with VEGF-C and CD206. e Tumor size was measured daily. G-Rh2 administration reduced the tumor size. * P < 0.05 compared with control group
