LncRNAs were measured by qRT-PCR. RNA was extracted from 138 paired ESCC tissues and adjacent normal tissues and ten selected lncRNAs were quantified by qRT-PCR according to the 2^-∆Ct method. β-Actin was selected as an internal control.
