Dose- and time-dependent effect of leptin on BC cell viability. a Dose-Dependent effect- ~ 60–70% confluent MCF-7, ZR-75-1 and MDA-MB-231 cells were grown in serum-deprived DMEM for 96 h in the presence or absence of different doses of Leptin and cell viability was measured using Crystal Violet assay.
