FAM3B expression in human prostate tumors and prostate tumor cell lines. FAM3B gene expression was analyzed at mRNA level by qRT-PCR in (a) Tumor clinical samples (N = 19) and non-neoplastic tissue clinical samples (N = 29) and (b) LnCAP, PC-3 and DU145 prostate tumor cells. The results are expressed as means of three independent experiments. In tumor clinical samples statistical differences were determined by Student’s t-test (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01)
