  1. aThe equivalent dose in 2 Gy fractions (EQD2) was calculated using the linear-quadratic model using an α/β = 10 Gy for tumor [34]. Differences in treatment time were taken into account by a correction of 0.6 Gy per day to compensate for tumor repopulation [35]
