Decreased expression of SOCS1 and increased expression of MET and p21 in PCa are associated with regional lymph node spread. Tumors from PCa patients without lymph nodes metastasis (N0, n = 32) were compared to those with lymph node metastasis (N1, n = 4) for the staining intensities of Ki67, AR, prostein, SOCS1, p53, MET or p21. Median values with range (bars) are indicated. The datasets were compared by Mann–Whitney test. Statistically significant p values are indicated in bold
