Therapy based on the combination of R-848 with anchored f-MLF motif. The experimental design was the same as described in the Fig. 1. Six mice were used per group. The composition of therapeutic mixture was: 0.5 mg R-848, HCl form/ml 0.2 mM mannan-BAM in PBS, 0.5 mg R-848, HCl form/ml 0.5 mM f-MLFKK-BAM in PBS, PBS was used as a control. * P ≤ 0.05 ** P ≤ 0.005 *** P ≤ 0.001 **** P ≤ 0.0005 compared to control (PBS)
