The expression level of PCDHA4 was evaluated in 4 RMS cell lines (a), in RMS cells after 72 h of treatment with increasing doses of 5-aza-dC (100 nM, 250 nM, 500 nM, 1 uM and 2 uM) (b) and in RMS cells after treatment with 1uM of 5-aza-dC (72 h), 200 ng/mL of trichostatin A (16 h) or a combination of both (c) by qRT-PCR. A housekeeping GAPDH gene was used as an internal control for normalization, and DMSO-treated cells were used as the calibrator. Relative expression was calculated using ∆∆Ct method.
