Propidium iodide labeled flow cytometry for cell cycle analysis in BE (2)-c cells after 18Â h treatment with 0, 0.5, 1 and 5 mcg/ml of OZ513. Varying concentrations of OZ513 were added to BE (2)-c cell culture for cell cycle analysis: (a) 0, (b) 500Â ng/ml, (c) 1 mcg/ml and (d) 5 mcg/ml).
