Growth inhibitory effects of different treatments on the proliferation of A2780/DDP cells determined by MTT. The proliferation inhibitory rate of LHRHa-BJOLs group is significantly higher than those of other group (p < 0.05). Furthermore, BJOE, BJOLs and LHRHa-BJOLs were found to inhibit A2780/DDP cells in a time-dependent manner.
