Establishment of a MBCDF primary breast cancer cell culture and subpopulations. Breast tumor biopsy was obtained from a radical mastectomy. Tissue was minced and plated as explants. Cells were grown until they filled the plate. Twenty subpopulations were isolated by limiting dilution and classified into two groups according to their morphology
