The interaction of rTcCRT and its N-domain with ECs can be intervened by Abs or Fucoidan. Using flow cytometry, human ECs (EAhy926) were incubated with F-rTcCRT in the presence of: a Anti-rTcCRT F(ab’)2 fragments or their preimmune counterparts; c Fucoidans 1 or 2.
