The expression of HSPA1B mRNA was seen to be regulated by miR-15b-5p and miR-16-5p, and this regulatory relationship was observed in the results of microarray analyses in HepG2 cells; HSPA1B mRNA was not increased in HepaRG® cells. HSPA8 transcription was not changed as much in either cell type. The expression of CDKN1A mRNA was seen to be regulated by miR-17-5p and miR-20a-5p, and this relationship was observed in HepG2 cells; CDKN1A mRNA transcription did not change in HepaRG® cells
