Cellular platinum accumulation in ovarian cancer A2780 and A2780cisR cell lines resulting from administration of CS in two aliquots using both fresh/fresh and fresh/aged combinations of CS with a time gap of 2 and 4 h. Cells were treated with the drugs for 24 h followed by collection, lysis and finally Pt was determined using AAS.
