Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

• NSCLC, histologically confirmed stage IIIB/IV

• Receiving systemic, palliative treatment

• Age ≥18 years

• BMI >18 kg/m2

• ECOG performance status ≤2

• Signed informed consent

• Bone metastasis inducing skeletal fragility

• Serious active infection

• Inability to walk

• Immobility (more than two days)

• Previously untreated (non-irradiated or non-resected) symptomatic brain metastases

• Severe neurologic or cardiac impairment

• Severe respiratory insufficiency

• Uncontrolled pain

• Abuse of alcohol or drugs reducing compliance to the study

• Any circumstance that would impede ability to give informed consent or adherence to study requirements
