Beta-catenin inhibition attenuates H. pylori-induced VEGF upregulation in SGC7901 and MKN45 cells. Confluent SGC7901 and MKN45 cells were pretreated with 20 μM FH535 for 2 h prior to culture with or without H. pylori for 12 h.
