AIF ablation does not impact chemical death induction in pancreatic cancer cells. Equal numbers of cells were harvested, washed, and allowed to attach overnight. Cells were then left untreated (UT) or treated with 1 μg/mL actinomycin D (ActD) for 24 h or 1 μM gemcitabine (GEM) for 48–72 h.
