Dose and time-dependent ribosomal RNA disruption in response to taxanes. A2780 and CaOV3 cells were exposed to increasing concentrations of either docetaxel (DXL) or paclitaxel (TAX) for times ranging from 24 to 72 h. Total RNA was isolated from cells following drug exposure and RNA quality was analyzed by capillary electrophoresis.
