Table 1 Target genes activated by Wnt/β-catenin signaling and down-regulated in HuH6shCTNNB1 in response to Dox treatment. Gene expression was analyzed with Affymetrix DNA microarrays and the expression profile of HuH6shCTNNB1 cells treated with Dox for 2 days was compared with that of untreated HuH6shCTNNB1 cells.
