Silvestrol inhibits cell proliferation in MDA-MB-435 human melanoma cells. a Cells were exposed to silvestrol at 25 nM for the indicated times and evaluated for survival by the MTS assay. b Immunoblot analysis of cyclin B1 and cyclin D1.
