Combination treatments did not alter epigenetic enzyme expression and their activity in MCF10A control cells. Overall DNMT enzyme activity analysis, using 20 μg of nuclear extract. After 72 h, there was no significant change in the enzyme activity in comparison to DMSO control in MCF10A control cells further highlighting the effectiveness of this combination regimen. Values are representative of three independent experiments and represented as percent of control ± SE; *P <0.05, **P <0.01
