Assessment of NQO1 expression in the parental and acquired resistant cells. a Lysates from each cell line were subjected to western blot analysis. The indicated antibodies were used to evaluate the level of proteins involved in resistance to Hsp90 inhibitors. b NQO1 gene fragments were amplified (left panel) and digested by Hinf1 endonuclease (right panel) to assess for gene variations. c Total mRNA levels of NQO1 were measured by quantitative RT-PCR.
