The methylation proportions of miR-9-1 and miR-9-3 in ST30 and A2780 cells were significantly higher compared with their parent paclitaxel sensitive EOC cell lines SKOV3 and A2780, *P = 0.001 and 0.000, **P = 0.000 and 0.000.
