In the last three columns numbers represent binarized IHC score for p53 and § “Original ERBB2 amplification and KRAS mutation” status derived from Anglesio et al., 2013 [13] where 0 = Negative, 1 = Positive, X = Unknown, the latter derived from IHC, FISH, and/or CISH. IHC for p53 is displayed as three-tiered IHC score where 0 (no staining) and 2 (>50 % positive nuclei) represent abnormal p53 status and 1 (1-50 % positive nuclei) represents normal p53 status (x = data unavailable)
