Enhanced TH-302 cytotoxicity by AZD7762 is not dependent on treatment schedule. HT29 cells were treated with TH-302 alone or combined with 0.1 μM of AZD7762, which was added 2 h before (A), simultaneously (B), or 0 h (C), 2 h (D), 4 h (E), 6 h (F) or 24 h (G) after TH-302. TH-302 treatment time is 2 h at the indicated concentrations under either air (21% O₂) or hypoxia (N₂). Viable cells were quantified using the AlamarBlue assay. IC₅₀ values are presented in Table 4. The data are the representative of two independent experiments.
