Effect of DHMEQ in combination with paclitaxel on tumor growth in T24PR mouse xenograft model. T24PR cells (2 × 106 cells) were implanted in the flank of athymic nude mice. Seven days after implantation, daily intraperitoneal administration of 2 mg/kg of DHMEQ was started. Paclitaxel (10 mg/kg) was administered intraperitoneally on day 14 and day 21 after cancer cell implantation. The tumor volume of each animal was monitored and compared with that in the vehicle-treated control group or paclitaxel-treated group. : *< 0.05, **< 0.01 compared with another group.
