Expression of IMP3 in PDAC cell lines. (A) Western blots showing basal expression of IMP3 protein in mock-transfected human pancreatic ductal epithelial cells (HPDE-mock), KrasV12-transfected HPDEs (HPDE-KRAS), and several pancreatic cancer cell lines. (B) Treatment with IMP3 siRNA reduced the IMP3 levels in Hs766T, PANC-1, and L3.6pl. Scrambled siRNA-transfected counterparts were included as controls.
