Kaplan-Meier survival curve in HCC cohort by CTC strata. Overall survival was measured from date of CTC blood draw to date of death. The median overall survival was 2.8 months in patients with CTC ≥ 1/7.5 mL (95% CI: 1.08, 15.5) versus 11.3 months in patients with CTC < 1/7.5 mL (95% CI: 7.49, 12.9) though the difference was not statistically significant in this small sample (p = 0.62, Log-Rank test).
