Resveratrol inhibited TGF-β1-induced migration and invasion in colorectal cancer LoVo cells. (A) LoVo cells treated with 10 ng/ml TGF-β1, with or without resveratrol (6, 12 μM) were applied for the trasnwell experiment. Migration and invasion of indicated LoVo cells were quantified. Values represent the number of migratory/invasive cells per 5 high power fields. **P < 0.01, compared with group without treatment of TGF-β1 and resveratrol. (B) MMP2 and MMP9 were determined by western blot. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, compared with group without treatment of TGF-β1 and resveratrol.
