Alterations in mRNA and protein expressions of STK33 and ERK1/2 in Fadu cells in response to STK33-RNAi and/or PD98059. Either real-time PCR (A) or western blots (B,C) showed that PD98059 markedly decreased both STK33 and ERK1/2 levels in Fadu cells, but, STK33-RNAi only significantly diminished STK33 expressions.
