(b): Overall survival of patients without chemotherapy and with TP53 mutation of the Arg and Pro allele (n = 16, P = 0.012). Dukes' stage C patients with TP53 mutation on the Pro allele show a significant effect of chemotherapy (c) (n = 18, P = 0.012), but the patients with mutation on the Arg allele did not reach statistical significance (d)(n = 33, P = 0.112).
