(A) SH-EP cells were pretreated for 60 minutes with PHA665752, PD98059 or LY294002 as shown, washed, and analyzed by transwell chemotaxis assay in presence of HGF (200 ng/mL). (B, C) SH-EP cells were pretreated with inhibitors for 60 minutes, followed by addition of HGF (200 ng/mL for 15 mins) and immunoblotting of cell lysates.
