From: Presence of activating KRAS mutations correlates significantly with expression of tumour suppressor genes DCN and TPM1 in colorectal cancer

Significant under-expression of SLC26A3 , DCN , CALM3 and TPM1 in tumour in comparison to normal tissue. Average expression of the SLC26A3, DCN, CALM3 and TPM1 gene was significantly lower in CRC in comparison to normal tissue. Expression is shown in ΔCT units, whereby larger ΔCT value represents down-regulation of SLC26A3, DCN, CALM3 and TPM1 in comparison to smaller ΔCT of normal tissue.
