Effects of 3-MA on Res-induced death of U251 cells. U251 cells were pretreated with various doses of bafilomycin A1 1 h before Res (150 μM). The appearance of sub-G1 fraction was determined by DNA flow-cytometric analysis. Differences between control, Res (150 μM) and 3-MA (10 mM)+Res (150 μM) treatment for 24 or 48 h were observed.
