Antiproliferative effect of KIF11 inhibitors on U87MG GBM cells. All the panels a), b), c), d) and e) represented the concentration-response curve of the compounds 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 respectively. The cells were treated for 72 hours with increasing concentrations of the KIF11 inhibitor compounds 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6. After the treatment the cell viability/proliferation were measured using the MTT assay. The analysis of the data was performed using XLfit4 software. The normalization is made taking the control as 100%. Each experiment was repeated three times at least in duplicate. Only compound 1 showed an IG₅₀ in a sub-micromolar range.
