Levels of expression of the ABCB1 and ABCC1 drug transporters in MCF-7 CC , MCF-7 DOX-2 , MCF-7 EPI , MCF-7 TAX-2 and MCF-7 TXT cell lines at selection dose 12. The ABCB1 and ABCC1 drug transporters were immunoprecipitated from whole cell extracts using protein A/G sepharose and antibodies specific for ABCB1 (A) or ABCC1 (B). The level of expression of the drug transporters was then assessed in immunoblotting experiments using the same antibodies.
