Elisa results are presented as absolute values of pg per ml chemokine ligand per mg total protein in CRA and CRC tissues and unaffected neighbor tissues, respectively. The data are expressed as mean +/- standard error of the mean (SEM), * P < 0.05, ** P < 0.001, n = 30 and 48, respectively. Note the different scale for CXCL1, CXCL5 and CXCL6 expression.
