Q-RT-PCR data are expressed as mean +/- standard error of the mean (SEM), * P < 0.05, ** P < 0.001, n = 30 and 48, respectively. Fold increase above 1 indicates chemokine overexpression in CRA and CRC tissues related to unaffected neighbor tissues, respectively.
